Voces Bolivianas

Phase II of Voces Bolivianas will begin in January. Using some of the leftover funds from the first project, a second set of workshops will take place in El Alto, this time focusing on the participation of women. A concurrent set of workshops will begin in the city of Santa Cruz, where Voces Bolivianas is set to expand.
